User Registration & Account Security
To access core features, candidates and employers must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Zero-Fee Policy for Candidates
aijobs.com.bd is, and will always remain, 100% free for job seekers. This includes profile creation, job applications, and access to all candidate evaluation tools. Employers are strictly prohibited from requesting any form of payment—including processing fees, security deposits, or training costs—from candidates. Any violation will result in immediate legal action and permanent removal from the platform.
Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful professional networking and recruitment purposes. Under these terms, you must not post false, misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive job listings, nor utilize bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to extract platform data, CVs, or user profiles.
Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from impersonating any individual, company, brand, or entity, or attempting to bypass or circumvent platform security controls, including administrative and Super-Admin access gates.
Intellectual Property
All original content, logos, platform design (UI/UX), matching algorithms, and underlying source code are the exclusive property of aijobs.com.bd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission from us.
Limitation of Liability
aijobs.com.bd operates solely as a platform connecting tech talent with vetted employers. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of user-submitted profiles and job descriptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aijobs.com.bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial or professional disputes arising between candidates and employers.
Account Termination & Bans
aijobs.com.bd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any employer or candidate account—without prior notice—if we determine that the account violates our trust and safety standards, is involved in fraudulent job postings, or breaches these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
